SCHOOL CALENDAR 

The Tlatoani Language School will close on only 7 of the 10 holidays in effect for official public and private schools in Mexico as established by the Department of Education (Secretaría de Educación Pública ).

 Unlike holiday schedules in the United States, Mexico celebrates each holiday on the officially recognized calendar date and does not  “move” the date to the Friday or Monday either preceding or following the actual holiday. Classes will not be held when a holiday falls on a weekday.

  School is closed for these holidays -

January   1   -   New Year’s Day
March   21    -   Benito Júarez Birthday
March/April   -  Good Friday
September 16 - Independence Day
November 2  -  Day of the Dead
November 20 - Mexican Revolution
December 25 - Christmas*

SUMMER PEAK PERIOD

The Summer Season runs from the first week of June through August 31 and is typically a busy time for language schools. Please register as early as possible.
Regular Session will begin on September 1

Christmas Season

*Please note that our school is closed from the 15th of December until January 2.
